User Agreement

This User Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Lucky Zone Trading (the legal operating license holder for the 777bet.et card and board game application, hereinafter “we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your use of our applications, products/services, and websites (collectively, the “Service”).

  • Post any content that is offensive, harassing, defamatory, threatening, or obscene.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality within the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, game designs, gameplay, virtual items, and software, are the exclusive property of Lucky Zone Trading or its licensors and are protected by Ethiopian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You may not use our trademarks, logos, or trade dress without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE (INCLUDING THE CARD AND BOARD GAME EXPERIENCE) WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

Given that this Service is a card and board game, you understand and accept that game outcomes are uncertain and may be influenced by factors such as network connectivity and device performance. You assume all risks associated with participating in the games.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LUCKY ZONE TRADING, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  1. YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE
  2. ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE
  3. ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE
  4. UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT

WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lucky Zone Trading and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees), resulting from or arising out of:

  • Your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password
  • A breach of this Agreement
  • Content posted by you on the Service

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ethiopia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by amicable negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in Ethiopia.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, at our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Agreement, or involvement in any cheating, fraud, or other actions that violate game fairness.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by using the account deactivation feature (if available) or by simply discontinuing use of the Service.

11. Miscellaneous

11.1 Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of this Agreement will remain in effect.

11.2 Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Lucky Zone Trading regarding our Service, and supersedes and replaces any prior agreements, oral or otherwise, regarding the Service.

11.3 Waiver

No waiver of any term of this Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Lucky Zone Trading’s failure to assert any right or provision under this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
